Rise and fall - perhaps something similar could symbolize these pictures. Empty and filled with posters poster pole. Billboard pole or poster pole - is that what this facility is called? I don't know its name even in my own language. But this is an extremely important facility - everything was announced here, these places carried all the information, everything most important. Even the newspapers did not carry such important things. Everything most important has been placed here.
Later, years ago, I remember the posters for theaters and various shows. This was their main function then - to inform about cultural events.
And today - what are they for today? Party posters and ads for quick loans, property deals and all sorts of other scams. That's what they're for today.
Therefore, is the second, empty picture the fall and the first the rise? I think it's quite the opposite.
