There are 195 countries in this world and you have listed 5 other examples other than Russia. Why don't you keep on counting and list out all the other "almost every state" that invades other countries, bombs hospitals, kills citizens and children, and rapes women?

Is it ok if Russian troops come to your country next to kill your family and rape your female family members? Like you say, it's only doing what almost every state does, so it sounds like it's ok for you if they do it
