Video player: Settings option not responding on the app

Expected behavior

When settings option is been selected it should display a pop up displaying all settings content where the player could be adjusted to satisfaction.

Actual behavior

When settings is been clicked on, no response is been displayed.

How to reproduce

Download app.
Open app and click on the cloud like option below at the lower right part of the app.
After that a pop will be displayed, then input your video link. After that while in video mode click on the menu at the top right then click on settings.
Bug is detected.
