INTRODUCTION
My ever dynamic steemian, good day, as usual, I was exploring friendica website and I discovered the site does not have a means for its users to communicate with the admins easily or at a touch. Furthermore, the site does not have a feature that allows it users to choose or change to the language of their choice. This two features are detriment to a good website as the need to satisfy users is always a priority.
COMPARISON
Chat with Admin
I am using a site called velaro.com for the first comparison, this site has the feature that allows its user chat with their admin.
As indicated above, when you click on the live chat button, it auto loads a page where users can reach its admin with ease.
Select Language
Ok, I will be using diaspora this time, this website has quite a number of language you can choose from, thereby making it easy for its members to navigate the website via their most comfortable language.

As you can see, members can strike that button and have a list of language option pop out for them to choose from, that will be displayed in my next upload.
That was after I have struck the language option, after which it automatically displayed list of languages and I selected French and then it auto-changed the web interface to French.
SUGGESTION
I will be suggesting this features to be implemented in strategic places so as to enable the website users to have easy access to them.
Chat with Admin
As you can see above, the chat with admin feature is places in such a way that, no matter where you navigate on the website, the feature remains there.
Choose A Language
That was placed in a strategic place that members can notice and then choose the preferred language of their choice.
CONCLUSION
I believe this two features are very important as to having this website portrayed as one of the best. And I also believe that if properly implemented, it will take the website to am enviable height.
