Add Feature "Crop" in the Aplication OpenShot

OpenShot is an open source application for excellent video editing, this app also provides a very complete feature such as a paid video editing application, unfortunately this application does not have the feature "Crop" of course so the constraints for users of this application, especially for a person who likes video editing surely they do not resize in the video they edit, with the existing "Crop" feature helps the users of this application, because they can directly resize their video.

Proposal

I suggest adding the "Crop" feature under the "Transform" feature so that users of this app can resize on the video they edit.
