Addition of Voting bar on chrome android browser

1. Go to https://steemit.com/@barineka
2. You click on up vote , it just votes at 100%. You can't see or edit to the percentage you want to give to a particular vote.
   
   That is a clip of the problem.

This is something we don't actually see on Steemit, chrome android browser (though is a really nice feature provided on Hive account@good-karma's esteem app) itself right now, but instead can be seen on other sites like Steemstats, SteemD or SteemDB.

Suggestions/ Contribution

I am suggesting that this option should be included on the chrome android browser, for users to see and use to upvote a post based on how good, or bad the post is and get rewarded.

There are some post that are not worth close to 100%, you might just give that person like 30%, while they are posts of good content which deserves 85%-100% upvote. So the voting bar gives a post how much it deserves.

Benefits to the Steemit community

• The voting bar is a tool service geared to manage how large or how valuable is the post or comment from one user perspective.

• it gives you the ability to vary the strength of your steemian as you see it appropriate.

• The voting bar lets you control things to a finer degree on Steemit.

• Helps in curating less written post or good content post.
