The apps don't save tags properly if the file name is edited too

Expected Behavior

It should edit music tags like file name, artists and tittle thoroughly without any misbehavior

Actual Behavior

It only edit the tittle and the artist thoroughly. Each time I edit the filename and click on save, it won't save the new tags but goes back to the previous name.
But when I edit and save without touching the filename, it saves

How to produce the bug

Open the app, edit tags including the filename.....
