Expected behavior
The spy probe should be able to be sent anywhere in the galaxy via galaxy menu as long as it can be loaded with enough deuterium for range. The storage expert increases the capacity by 50% with each stage.
Actual behavior
Spy probes can only be sent through the Galaxy menu as long as they do not exceed their regular memory without the storage expert. They must then be sent manually via the fleet menu.
So everyone can send a spyprobe to any planet as long as it does not surpass 5 deuterium as fuel (+50% wirh each level of the storage expert).
How to reproduce
The spy probe has a capacity of 5 units. This means that all planets within a range of 5 deuterium can be approached without any problems. Once you want to visit planets with a range of up to 10 deuterium, you can no longer do this via the Galaxy menu, despite the storage expert. You have to use the fleet menu.
To reproduce the bug, we take a planet within a range of 6-10 deuterium (storage expert 2 available).
In the fleet menu you can see that the planet is regularly accessible and we can send our spy probe here normally.
However, if we now go to the Galaxy menu we see that the spy probe cannot be sent because its range exceeds the storage capacity of the spy probe.
I suspect that the galaxy menu is unrelated to the storage expert, and that all probes consuming more than 5 deuterium are annulled.
