Components
Shotcut is an open-source, free video editing program that has been around for more than a decade. Shotcut support many video, audio, and image formats via FFmpeg and screen, webcam, and audio capture. It uses a timeline for non-linear video editing of multiple tracks that may be composed of various file formats. Scrubbing and transport control are assisted by OpenGL GPU-based processing and a number of video and audio filters are available.
Proposal
I suggest to add "Slow Motion" feature in Video Filters menu, so users can provide Slow Motion filters on video the edited video, and also the function if this Slow Motion filter is to give a dramatic impression on a video. With the addition of Slow Motion filter, Shotcut so much more perfect as a software to edit video.

This is the look of sample after adding "Slow Motion" feature, I added the feature of "Slow Motion" under "Stabilize"
Benefits
The Benefits of adding "Slow Motion" filter makes the Shotcut App has an additional Video Filter, and also with "Slow Motion" filter that makes the Video view so much more Dramatic and artful that the edited Video becomes more interesting.
