There's a lot to discuss in this post, so let's get to it.
On the positive side, I like all the data. You have an awesome, active team. And I like the fact that you go in depth and talk about real issues relating to your work with Utopian.
On the less than positive side, the writing of this post was unworthy for someone who works in language. There were grammar and style issues, as well as proofreading issues.
Now, on to the main course:
There have been some instances of abusing the review questionnaire (we don't care if it's by mistake or intended).
I care. And so should you. An honest mistake is not abuse, and should not be called that.
We've proposed to have a "moderator review" team, that will be reviewing the review comments of the moderators and check if they are following the review questionnaire answers.
Will there also be a team to review the moderator reviews? When there's an issue, you can talk to your category managers. If you don't get a satisfactory answer, you can talk to , who's there to make sure all CMs are doing the best job possible. You can also talk to me. I'm responsible for the overall quality of our moderation comments. If we find that actual abuse is taking place, there's a wide variety of possible responses.
Your contribution has been evaluated according to Utopian policies and guidelines, as well as a predefined set of questions pertaining to the category.
