First, I want to apologize for how long it's taken us to get to this post. There's a reason for it, and one none of us is overly happy about.

When the moderator went over your post and did some checking, he discovered that 14 paragraphs were plagiarized from the following sources:

This was distressing to the mods and myself, and we took some time to decide how to address it. While we have certainly seen our fair share of plagiarism from contributors, it is not something we are used to seeing from project owners.

As you know, Utopian's Blog category is about original content. We want to promote open source projects, yes. But not when they are violating other people's intellectual property.

Because you've been working towards this stage of Swapsteem's existence for a significant time, and have made so much progress, this post will not be flagged or put on our banned list. That list has implications that could be very damaging to you, and I don't want that.

However, any post you create with our tags in the next 2 weeks will be ignored, and any further acts of plagiarism will result in a ban and a potential flag.

I am sorry it has come to this, and hope it goes no further.
