The GIF icon is obtrusive when creating a reply. I suggest to put it somewhere unobtrusive, like outside the reply box instead of inside it.
1. Expected behavior
The GIF icon should be outside the reply input box so that it is unobtrusive to the reply I'm writing.
2. Actual Behavior
The GIF (Giphy) icon overlaps with your comment in the reply box.
Yes, you can click on it to dock it, but once you re-focus your cursor on the reply box, the GIF icon again overlaps to what you're writing.

3.1. Enable GIF Picker
3.1.1. Go to your Settings
Click on your profile picture and select "Settings".
3.1.2. Enable GIF picker (ENABLED by default)
3.2. Go Back to your Blogs
3.3. Click on any blog
3.4. Click on any Reply button
3.5. Write Your Comment
Write your comment until it overlaps with the GIF icon.
