[SteemRank] Rating of categories

I updated SteemRank and added a rating of categories which is sorted by pending payout. It is very primitive but in the future, it will be a separate complex rating (it will be similar to the current rating of authors) with a possibility to sort by upvotes, comments, and a number of posts.

And yeah, I know about the official category rating but it is a rating of all time — a weekly rating in SteemRank can better notes trends and changes.

If you do not know what is SteemRank — right now it is a rating of authors which can be sorted by their pending payout, upvotes, and comments. But the main idea is an analysis of the best parts of Steemit. The project was developed with SteemSQL Wrapper API.
