My suggestion is to be able to opt out of certain recurring images in replies, something like using an adblocker but not an adblocker itself. We should be able to see the common images and select them, even on the image say (I dont want see this any more).
I personally do not like the pictures with the edit here picture attached to all my moderator feedback.
It makes the utopian user interface harder to use because It looks just like the other ui elements. It might also be more difficult for a blind user because it says "as shown below" but how will a user be able to read that, there are no alt texts added.
I created a rule for adblock plus to block this image like this but it is not working.

My suggestion is to allow users to opt out of these n00b pictures and have some formalized method to include them. I like wikipedia templates, and the user should be able to override the template somehow. There are other methods we could use to implement this as well.
