The HPO provides an ontology to describe and annotate the phenotypic manifestations of human disease. The HPO provides classes (terms) that describe the individual manifestations of disease (signs, symptoms, laboratory measurements, imaging, etc.). That's an improtant project so i've started to translate it into Turkish language. I've just translated 1146 words for the project in this part.
