Note: I focused only on the logo for Open Source Radio. So, I did not incorporate the PAL logo. I did, however, make a suggestion about a possible redesign of the PAL logo:

Benefits / Improvements
The idea of the logo was to take the keyhole logo of the Open Source Initiative and to modify it so that it suggests radio waves emanating from a broadcast tower. It's simple and I think it conveys the idea of Open Source Radio.

I made this using Gravit Designer, which is a free, cross-platform design app built in ElectronJS.
