Update Utopian witness gif.

Hello to all, yesterday i receive an Upvote and Comment from utopian on my post. While reading comment i notice that the gif which tells users how to vote for Witness is outdated. Today my suggestion is on Utopain Community-Driven witness! section.

Proposal

As you see in above gif, users needs to search for utopian in witnesses to vote for utopian witness because that time utopian is not in top 50 witnesses. But now utopian is very famous and it is in top 50 witnesses. So, now users don't need to search for utopian to vote their witness. So my proposal is to make a new gif which tell users to scroll for utopian witness in top 50 witnesses instead of searching.

Benefits

There is no problem in the old one, but updated gif is better for understanding as now utopian is in top 50 witnesses.
