The user Hive account@moncia90 has reiterated a fraudulent behavior towards the organizers of the competitions/contests and towards all the users of Steem. He used their accounts for his purposes and to be able to monetize later with the prizes of the competition. This act is even more serious if we consider the fact that Hive account@moncia90, in its shady strategy, has used the identities of inactive users that if having won would have made no use of the votes/cards/etc. and taking the prize instead of one of the active users who participated in these contests. By interpreting it on an ongoing basis and reiterating it over time, only to obtain a monetary profit. A true strategy founded scientifically on dirty basis that go against common and expected good costumes and morals.
