As one of the HTTPS-Everywhere project contributor, one of the most sad thing is that:

I created rules to enable sites to https forcely, yesterday.

He removes the cert for hosts today.

I dug pit, crying to fill.

I created apprcn.com.xml to work with UpgradeMixedContentBlacklist one month ago.

I disabled it myself by just one line:
