Adding "Install .apk file" on ML Manager Apps Extractor

Hi everyone

So I found this app two days ago and it actually very good, but there are still thing which can make this app even better.

The app is ML Manager, it does extract your apps into .apk file so you can back up them or share them with friends.

What lacking is, that the ML Manager after brilliantly help you backed up your apps it can't help you installing back. So being able to scan and detect .apk file which stored in the device and able to install it directly from ML manager apps without having to open your other file manager or default file explorer wuold be very nice addition and will improve ML Manager usability.
