Added twenty more bots to Utopian-bot.js, removed duplicate

I have added twenty more paid upvote bots to the utopian-bot.js file in github. There was also a dublicate in the list of bots which I removed as well.

The bots are from resteemexposure dot com's paid bots. They are all dust bots that have no voting value but they may be used to get extra rewards. From now on, anyone using resteemexposure service will have no more than a 1% vote. The bots I added are:

I added the bots right below the bago bot and above banjo bot. Since all the bots are from a single service, I think it is best to place them there. The "qurator" bot was mentioned twice in the list. I deleted one mention of it cause there is no reason to have such extra code.
