Add Voice message and Block option in zulip.

Zulip is an opensource and android application which is community built group chat platform, optimized around helping organizations communicate efficiently.

Proposal
I am proposing that there should be an options available for Voice message and Block.

The options for Voice message are implemented along side the sending option, and Block option should be made available in the message option. I'll be giving examples on how these should look like in the next section.

Mockups / Examples
In the image below I have provided an example of how this should be implemented and the user can use it easily because I have placed it near the options which are already available.

Benefits
The benefits of having these features to send voice messages and Block the unknown persons are:
You can leave your voice message whether the person is offline, if sometimes your call is declined or unanswered you have the option that time you can leave the voice message.
Sometimes you are receiving the messages from unknown accounts, you don't want to chat with them you have the option you can block them then you will no longer receive messages from them.
I'd like to see these features in zulip in future.
