Making the convert process more intuitive

Proposal

• After you logged in, the page never teels you how to proceed. There should be a hint label how to do the next step.
• If the image of a youtube video is clicked, the convert process will be started. For the user it is supprising that such a heavyweight task will be started without notifing/asking the user.
  I would suggest that an confirmation popup will show up where the user can procceed or cancel
• While converting the video all substeps should be visible from the beginning, so the user could guess the remaining time. But at the moment the user has no chance to do this, because he dont knows if he reached step 3 of 4 oder step 3 of 300,
