There are lots of users on the Steepshot platform that will just come to other user posts without either liking/upvoting or comment on such posts and the only way to know the number of such users is to add the view feature to every post on the platform. The view feature will help users on the platform to know how many users really open their posts irrespective of whether they later upvote/like or comment such posts or not, this will help users to know and gage the number of crowds their posts are attracting and will on the long run give them more zeal to work more harder on the platform.
This feature is already active on the steemit platform and it`s really making good difference there as it help users to know the number of fellow users that visit their posts and also help them to differentiate between users that just upvote their posts through steemvoter and those that really came to their posts to upvote and comment on such posts.
VIEW FEATURE DESIGN
The view feature should be situated on the post page beside the likes button at the bottom left corner and the number of viewers per post should be included to the left side of the view button so as to make the feature more detailed and easy to see by users on the platform.
CONCLUSION
The view feature will encourage users more on the platform as they will know that even if their posts are not generating enough likes/upvotes or comments yet at least a lot of users are still checking their posts and that will give them hope for better tomorrow.
