On utopian.io, translation category has a big percentage and easily abusable. In time, number of contributions will raise up and we will need more detailed automations in order to catch every possible abuse by the contributors.
Proposal
Simply an input prepared on user and database side. List of the languages will be over there to click and enter the system as 2 different column.

Benefits
When utopian implement this system, we may have a lot of advantage via API and the statistics.
- We may find how many contributions comes from which language ?
- List of contributions on every spesific language ( Better statistic )
- We could have method to find abuse.
For example;
By the language and user search ( some extra search input for it ) we could find abuse if user shared the same translations before.
