This feature request is for Pen&PDF.
Overview
This application is very helpful to everybody, especially opening and reading PDF files. Another thing that makes me like this application most is the features where I can highlight some of the important words around.
Suggestion
My features request for the mentioned open source application is to add an option to load all the PDF files stored from device memory to the application.
Directly speaking, my features enhancement request to the application is an option where it can migrate all the PDF files from any Android device storage to the application. In a way that all PDF files will be shown directly to the application interface without finding it manually from a vast folders of the device storage.
Currently, the latest version of the application does have this 3 options (shown below) after opening it. Screenshot shown below is taken from my device.
Importance
Upon choosing the first option (Open document), the application will let the user to find and locate the file manually. Here's the look below.
The feature to load all the PDF files in the application is very important because the user won't need anymore to locate the specific files manually if the application does show it already in the browse panel of the app.
Another thing also, there might be a lot of folders in the user device storage and it can create difficulties locating specific file. That's why, if the application has the ability to load all the PDF files, then finding the files will be fast and easy.
Conclusion
The application is powerful and can load the PDF files so fast even those files with big sizes. the lacking to it for now is the feature where it can load all the possible PDF files that was stored in device memory.
If the talked feature is added, it will become very helpful as finding those needed files will be done easily and importantly in fastest way. Another thing also, this will be less hassle compared to the current option which is very hassle finding the specific files, especially to the user with lot of folders in their device memory.
That's all.
