Expected behavior

Byteball-Altcoin exchange bot ought to generate addresses for coins exchanges.

Actual behavior

It keeps replying An error has happened: "An error encountered while address generation. Please try again later."

How to reproduce

• Launch then click on chat > Bot Store
• Locate byteball altcoin exchange bot then click to add
• Try exchanging Gbyte to btc by replying the bot with to <BTC address>
  this way to btc 3G7oSzWDjwFzJmPXRwBtkVVAkHySS75aj9
