[ SteempApp v 2.0.3 ] User Can't Revote On A Contribution After Upvote Removal

Expected behavior

After removing an upvote on a post, it was expected that when the user clicks on the upvote button again, it simply revote.

Actual behavior

It keeps popping up this error message Canceling Vote Error when a user try revoting a contribution.

How to reproduce

• download the app Steemapp
• Sign in and click on feeds
• Upvote any contribution, then try removing your upvote after successfully upvoting.
• Confirm the upvote removal on steemit.com
• Try revoting on that same contribution with steemapp
