Add Feature "Notifications" in ShoutBox

Component

Using the ShoutBox app we can interact with other users from different countries. ShoutBox provides a group chat feature that brings together users from different countries within the app. ShoutBox still needs to be done again to be more leverage and interesting again. Therefore, I would suggest to add the "Notification" feature to the application.

Proposals

After using the ShoutBox app for a few days, I'm happy because I can interact with other users from different countries. However, the ShoutBox app does not provide a notification feature if there is a message from the user. Therefore, I would like to suggest that users add the "Notifications" feature to the ShoutBox app so that users can get notified of new messages in ShoutBox.

Benefits

With the "Notifications" feature available in the ShoutBox app, users can find out if there are new messages from the ShoutBox app. The feature is very useful for users as a notification when it is not open the ShoutBox app. With this feature, will make ShoutBox application more interesting to use and will certainly add to the uniqueness of the ShoutBox application.
