Anole is a browser extension in the Chrome Web Store. The web store affords a detailed description field of up to 16,000 characters.

Presently Anole's description in the web store is drawn directly from the developer's notes:

Anole is a free productivity extension for Chrome that aims to assist users with all sorts of string transformations via selected text and the clipboard.

Anole provides features to convert any selected string into special case like CamelCase, kebab-case, Start Case, snake_case, and so on. More cases and additional features (e.g. transform templates) will follow.

This is accurate. But it is not exceptionally engaging. Moreover new features are actively in development and will need to be described upon completion.

The project is seeking excellent copywriters who can stay astride of the project as it grows.

To write engaging, accurate copy the writer will need to try out the extension. It will take creativity to envision and describe use cases beyond the ordinary. The copywriter will need to engage interactively with the developer to figure out what to say about new features as they evolve.

Selected copywriters who are successful in this task are likely to be invited directly to make further Pull Requests on this project and the developer's other projects that require copywriting.

Components

An expanded description, 100-250 words in length, that will be used in the Chrome Web Store detailed description field.
Descriptions of up to four additional features currently in development. 50-100 words each.

July 22nd, 2018 — This is the deadline to contact Hive account@tdre via Discord and leave a comment expressing interest in the task. The comment must provide a writing sample or a link to examples of prior work.
