This time around we can find several important terms that need to be defined for them to be understood in the translated strings:

OS: "An operating system (OS) is system software that manages computer hardware and software resources and provides common services for computer programs." (Wikipedia, 2018).

Lazy binding: "Lazy binding/loading is a design pattern commonly used in computer programming to defer initialization of an object until the point at which it is needed" (Wikipedia, 2018)

WSAStartup: "The WSAStartup function must be the first Windows Sockets function called by an application or DLL. It allows an application or DLL to specify the version of Windows Sockets required and retrieve details of the specific Windows Sockets implementation.
