Project Details
The Steem White Paper (SWP) will provide any Steem blockchain user the principles of earning power through content contributions. It honors every curated post and vote while giving emphasis to the importance of linked information. It guarantees value to user contributions when they bring value to Steem as well.
If Steemians will continue on their meaningful contributions to the Steem community, Steem will attract more capital. A more stable Steem means more users are adding value to the network.
For example, if I, as a user with great Steem Power, would vote more quality content, I would be helping the growth of the community. Those that I recognized as valuable contributors will keep on publishing meaningful content. This should be our motivation as members.
So, as learned translators of this project, we’d like to encourage everyone to read the localized versions of the Steem White Paper.

Localization Report
With the accessibility of the Steem White Paper in English, users of the Steem platform can be informed about the value of their contributions. Moreover, those who have an access to any localized version of the paper in any language would understand how Steem incentives work and may result in a more informed Steem community.
So, translated texts should emphasize whatever the original document in English has been communicating from the start.
For example, you can verify this from the text for translation and the equivalent suggestion in another language like Filipino and/or Tagalog.
Although word count is not the main goal, in the editor area, you can find out the number of words in English in a particular string and its number also in Filipino. Clearly, any activity done by the translator is counted or recorded. So, we can have the assurance from the Crowdin platform that the translated texts are properly documented, like...

Word Count
From October 27-28, 2018, from string 32169 to string 32736, out of the 2,040 target words in English, I was able to translate 1,591 words and suggested a total of 81 translations into Filipino.
