Your contribution cannot be approved because it does not follow the Utopian Rules.

This is not a bug, it clearly states that you should use Chrome or Firefox and it has identified that the browser doesn't support metatasks. The developer has catered to browsers which don't support metamasks and shows a pop in such event which is used to guide the user.
