Your Local Weather shows you the weather of your actualy location with the help of GPS. This application has its own widget which you can set on your home screen and it shows the the weather reports of GPS location. This application has no ads and is fully opensource.
Proposal- Radar option
This application doesnt have a specific radar option for itself.

Benefits
Radar option can help the user to view and compare the temprature, wind direction on a large scale. It can vary from a single city to a whole country or a continent. Thus making the application easy to use for finding the weather conditions of other regions.
