[Translation][Spanish] Bitshares (1006 words)(user.po 29%-37%)

For the documentation of Bitshares , I performed a Spanish translation. In their oficial web they established that “BitShares 2.0 offers a stack of financial services including exchange and banking on a blockchain.

I did the translation of the archive user.po which I did since 29% to 37% (8%)
