I can add a Chinese tag, but i cant open the tag page

In steemit , i can add a Chinese tag, like "电影"，it is Chinese.

But after i click it , and i want to open this link，shows error,like this:

Why i can add Chinese tag, but cant open it , i think it is a BUG.
