DaVinci Witness Project - FreeCAD English to Polish translation

Hi there,

• Translation overview: I have done this translation for the FreeCAD project. The aim of the project is to translate commands for CAD program, which is used by designers.
  Working on this translation I was using tips from the crowdin system (if they were correct), but also double checking with google translator and the list of Polish equivalents of English commands from polish CAD forum as a support.
