Groups function

My idea goes around the fact that a lot of groups exist on steem. Some big, others small. But there is in essence no collaboration function on steem. But I believe steem can benefit from it. Included in this idea is a private part for those who are in the group. And a way too make a post private to only those who are in the group.

1. A group leader and managing partners to invite or remove members
2. A private function for those who are in the group
3. A button to apply to a group you want to join. With a application form.

For example:

1. A group called the “Team-Flemish” with Hive account@zoef as a leader.
2. Then we have a managing partner Hive account@brothermic who got invited and promoted by Hive account@zoef
3. Then the managing partner can invite other people as well but can never promote them to the same level.
4. They now can make a post &team-flemish where the & stands for group (or something similar)
5. And at the end of team-flemish add a -private so only the users from team-flemish can see the content.

In this way we can create a private part of the steem blockchain where groups can grow and use it for private things on one side. And spread there news and blogs with all on steem.

I believe that this idea can bring groups small and big to steem and grow the community in a interesting way.
