So I promised to put down how my valentine's day went but I haven't, so let me do just that.
The day was like any other. Worse part is that despite being in a relationship, I didn't get any messages. Not even a greeting, at least not until I took the first step.
I stayed in bed for hours, on social media and seeing movies when I got bored...
About 3friends of mine asked to hang out but I didn't want to owe anyone anything on valentine's day and I did not want an hangout with no connection.
I wanted to go and see movies at the cinema but remembered students from a nearby town always trooped in on days like this so I just stayed back. Thanks to a friend of mine who really kept my company as we spoke on phone for hours and it helped keep my boredom at bay.
Things got better as I got to work and did my duties. But it really turned out to be like any other day but a little boring because there was no power outage🙆 (I had not even paid the bills).
Anyway, in the end, I am glad most people had an enjoyable valentine's day and that would definitely happen 2022, by God's grace. Hope you enjoyed yours?
