Sadly as a new law, european vape shops are not allowed to sell vape liquids which contains nicotine in amount more than 10ml.
Fortunately me & my wife are regularly traveling to Russia, where are not these stupid laws, so I always buy a lot of liquids in there 😊👍
Just for example 1x 120ml bottle costs in Russia around 400-600 rub. and it is like 6-9 US dollars 😁
