As I talked about burritos in my last post, I wanna show you guys how we make them.
First we start off with brown rice as it takes the longest (around 25 min).
Even though it burnt a little last time, it was still very good.
While the rice goes on I chop some tomatoes, put them in a bowl and mix it with chopped spinach, coriander and onion.
After that I cut some avocados. And then I mash them up with some oat/cashew milk, salt and done with the guacamole.
Last but not least the main filling: for that we use baked beans, kidney beans in chilli sauce (we don't use all of the can as it'd be too much). Before we put it in the WOK pan we fry some onion and fresh garlic first. After we put the beans in and some sweetcorn. To make it really tasty we use seasoning like salt, pepper, oregano and crushed cumin seeds.
In our last grocery shopping we found some vegan soy mince, so we put it in as well this time, having already fried it before.
After all is done we finally heat up the wraps (vegan, without palm oil) and put on the prepared ingredients, starting with guacamole, rice, the main filling and the cut up tomatoes.
This is the outcome and we make them quite often as they are sooo buenoo.
