It takes only 10 minutes of our time to make this medicine, and it can stay in the refrigerator for months, available to add to our healthy yummy meal any time.

We Need:
- 1 large red cabbage
- 1 T Celtic or Himalayan salt
- 1/2 cup water (might take more)
- 3 anise stars
- 1 T caraway seeds
- glass bowl and something heavy for the weight
How To:
Finely chop the cabbage and throw it into a glass bowl.
Add the salt and massage it with love.
At this point cabbage mix will give some gorgeous purple juice.
Add water, caraway seeds and anise star. Mix.
Make sure that the whole thing is covered by water, whatever is not - will not be edible.
Cover it with a plate and put something heavy over it.
Readiness of it depends on the climate you are in.
I live in Thailand where it takes 3-5 days, colder climates might take up to two weeks.
Check on it every day, massaging it and turning over.
Once it is ready, transfer it into a glass jar.
Keep sealed and refrigerated.
Don't forget to drink that juice, it is a nature "Red Bull."
