Eating right upon arising is not healthy.
Breakfast (first meal) must be earned - by movement.
Drinking warm lemon water and other healing liquids, like golden latte (activated turmeric) and fresh juices is the intelligent way to relate to our miracle machine - Body.
-"Avoid sun. Use sunscreen."
Sunlight is the most healing therapy for our abused calcified pineal gland. Getting sun in the early morning hours is one of the best healing techniques available on this planet. It is free too.
Most sunscreens are made with damaging chemicals, and, as all chemicals must be avoided by anyone who wishes to stay healthy and sane.
-"Drink milk for calcium and eat meat for protein."
There is nothing more disturbing to a human hologram than body fluids and flesh of another sentient being. It interferes with our original blueprint, confuses our DNA, and messes up our cells.....not to mention the deeper energetic meaning - ritualistic sacrifice that we unconsciously become a part of.....while consuming these so called FOODs.
PLANTBASED diet is what we are meant to be on by the Universal Laws.
We get plenty of calcium from green FOODs, hemp, chia, beans, sesame, almond butter, figs, artichokes...to mention just a few.
And protein that so many are so concerned about are best for us in PLANTBASED form.
No one should die to deliver us protein!
Spirulina, Quinoa, Buckwheat, Hummus, Nuts and Seeds, Beans, Rice....to mention just a few.
It is time we open all our three eyes and see things for what they really are.
Facing our own programming to actively change it is the only way to contribute to this planet.
