Here’s the Foil Roasted Cajun Corn and Potatoes with Eggplant Skewers! We love Cajun anything and who doesn’t love potatoes and corn? It’s food that warms the soul 🤗 especially if there’s a extra kick of spice to it 😋

It’s almost here! The vegan fest!

Currently, we’re still running a lot of errands to prepare for it as it’s our first outdoor event where we are cooking on the spot so I really want us to have our best foot forward! I feel like I’m literally pouring my soul into this for it to turn out well! Which I really hope it does🙏
