"Plant are sentient."
That's quite a strong claim, do you have any reliable resources? I can't find any scientific consensus around plant sentience, it is still quite a debatable topic.

Here's what I usually reference when it comes to scientific studies around plant sentience, the citations are at the end of the article.
Either way, even if plants were sentient I can still justify the consumption of them, it's a necessity. Eating meat isn't. I think everyone agrees that a cow has far more sentience than a plant. I wouldn't have a problem picking a fruit from a tree which in many cases it's how the fruit evolved, they are sweet and filled with seeds that spread out thanks to our consumption. A cow is enslaved, raped, tortured and killed. I don't think you would agree someone treating you that way just because they like the taste of you.
"Plant agriculture kills more animals."
You do know that the cow you raise needs to eat plants, drink water and be filled with antibiotics? There's really no comparison between the resources used. A diet including meat is way more destructive for our bodies and the environment. I recommend you watch Cowspiracy to learn some facts.

A person cannot survive for long on a cow only diet, many of the proponents of the Atkins, Paleo and ketogenic diets are getting sick. The same Dr. Atkins had heart problems, he couldn't accept he was wrong, he died believing his own lies.
If I'm correct you are "milkjar" and you already lost the debate with Ask Yourself and Vegan Gains. So there really isn't anything to talk about unless you bring some science to the table.
You also eat raw meat in public, at a vegan protest, very mature.
The only thing that amazes me is how your body keeps moving, you should be very careful with that kind of diet. Obviously you can get lucky and live long, there are smokers that lived until 80. Doesn't prove smoking is good for you.
There's overwhelming evidence demonstrating the danger of the consumption of animal products. Check out these amazing doctors and nutritionists if you want a reliable source of nutritional science.
