I am not good at working out, most times I don't know what I am doing, I just focus on pulling and pushing weights and also taking care of my joints so I avoid injuries. Still, the routine and consistency helped me lose some fat while gaining some muscle.

I am looking much better than I did in the past, but I am not yet actually strong and my "gym bros" are stronger than me, but I am happy with my progress.
Some gym friends were impressed when we went to eat outside together when they noticed I'm vegan. Vegans can just as easily eat enough proteins and get in shape, but most people think only animal products have protein, that is just not true.
I will continue to eat well and workout hard because I see that as a potential to inspire people to stop consuming animal products, but I do realize most of it is thanks to "beginner gains". Having good results is easier when you're a beginner, so as time goes by and I improve my health and physique I know I'll have to actually learn what I'm doing, improve my diet and improve my training plan. Because I started late I may never reach the levels of fitness my friends are at, not because of diet, but because of how many years ahead they are, specially as we age.
Still, I am plenty satisfied by how I'm looking, despite being the smallest perosn in the gym. When I was a teenager I was 1.9m tall and weighted around 60kg, I was extremely skinny! Then during the pandemic I got fat and gained over 20kg of fat. Now I am slowly losing fat and building muscle.
I may not be the best, or even good, but I know that if I keep pushing I will get results and hopefully show people that it is easy to be vegan.
