How does your blood react to vegan food?
This is a blood recording that shows how the blood and immune system get affected throughout an entire day of eating vegan.
We have drawn blood 14 times from the same person through a normal day to see how food affects the immune system and blood. The tests where taken from 9 in the morning to 8 in the evening.
The conclusion is that a vegan diet will not affect your blood negatively and that the effects that are seen go away fast with no negative side affects.
A diet containing meat and diary products will look a lot different than this test.
This test was taken by and on Kim Ulvberget on Saturday 31.03.2018.
Control testings were done 2 days after this to quality-control the findings. The same findings were done on this control.
I have been a vegetarian with a mostly vegan diet (I use honey) since 2012 and I take my own blood tests weekly to follow up on my health.
