Hello my Dearest Foodies,
It’s been a while since I posted a new recipe because of the HF20, however, now everything is running smooth again, so I am ready for action. I have a few recipes lined up and this is the first one, which still carries the late summer vibes. The main three ingredients in this recipe are wheatgrass, peaches and mint that make this smoothie not only incredibly flavorful, but also highly nutritious. I usually like to drink one cup of wheatgrass juice as often as I can. Because of its POWERFUL HEALTH BENEFITS this time I decided to make a smoothie for a change. You can also get the wheatgrass powder to add to your smoothies or drinks.
GREEN SUPERSMOOTHIE
Wheatgrass Smoothie with Peach and Mint
Vegan- Gluten Free

INGREDIENTS
• Wheatgrass 1 cup
• Peach 1
• Fully ripe Banana 1
• Fresh peppermint leaves 1 cup
• Plant based milk 1 cup
• Matcha or spirulina 1tbs
• Chia seeds 1tbs
Blend all in the food processor except chia. Transfer the mixture into a bowl, add chia and mix thoroughly.
I am also adding an older recipe for another delicious and highly nutritious green smoothie.
ITALIAN PARSLEY SMOOTHIE 🌿😊🌿
Green Smoothie with Parsley, kiwi & Mango
Vegan- Gluten Free

INGREDIENTS
• Mango 1
• Kiwi 2
• Cups Italian parsley 2cups (thick stems removed)
• Cup coconut water 1 cup
• Matcha or spirulina 1 tsp
• Hemphearts 2tsp
Blend all in a blender and add hemphearts on the end.
