Simple and quick pizza recipe that I love to make whenever I am craving something special! šš
For the base you need:
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup sorghum flour
2 tbsp psyllium husk
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
some sea salt
1/2 cup water
Method :
- Blend the rolled oats and husk in a blender until you have a fine flour, add all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well with a spoon.
- Add the water and oil and knead the dough with you hands until well combined.
- Roll or press out the dough on a parchment paper as thin as you can without breaking it.
- Spread some tomato sauce, veggies of choice and pineapple on your pizza.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 °C.
- Top with greens of choice and avocado! š
- Enjoy warm!š
