The meat contains some very beneficial nutrients, but we should consume it in moderation (once or twice a week) it will provide us with proteins, iron and vitamin B12. Vegetarians live longer and have better health, but to be able to live without nutritional deficiencies it is essential to have certain knowledge and put them into practice with responsibility.
